I sent flowers through Bloomstoday because 1-800-Flowers couldn't do next day delivery for my grandfather's funeral in a small town. At first glance I thought their billing structure was a bit odd, $73.00 $9.99 then a -$27.50 credit a few days later, but I didn't think much of it. Exactly a month later I recieved another $9.99 bill for some Bloomstoday "club" I had been enrolled in without my permission. After trying to get a hold of them through a series of phone trees, I resorted to calling my Credit Card company. My Credit Card company said that they always recieve this complaint about Bloomstoday and would reimburse both of the $9.99 charges as well as block any further recurring charges from this so-called "club". Word of advice: always pay online with a Credit Card and have good rapport with your Credit Card Company.
