I ordered flowers for my sisters B-day on May 8. I received an email stating flowers would be delivered on 5/9. I never received a call from my sister about the flowers so I called her. She said she never received the flowers. On May 11, I called bloomstoday customer service number on the bottom of the email and complained about the flowers not being delivered and I was not notified, they refunded my original money for the flowers. I also requested to have my membership from their FAKE rewards program canceled. I was told by the gentlemen I spoke to that my membership was canceled. After checking my bankstatement I notieced the $9.95 charge for August, I called bloomsrewards and spoke to a very uncooperative CSR named Katherine and explained my membership had been canceled and I wanted refunds for the last 3 months of charges. Katherine told me my membership was never canceled and that there are only 3 people in the office that can cancel it and all of them are women, she would refund Aug payment to me but to bad so sad for the rest of my money. She also would not give me name of her supervisor but willhave someone call me back w/in 24 hrs. She was rude and very unwilling to assist me other than to say the same thing over and over again like a robot then hung up on me when I would not take her excuse of not knowing the supervisors name.
