We received absurd charges on our business telephone bill to this Kool Telecom LTD, and when we called At&t to remove these fradulant charges, they informed us we had to contact the 888 number on the bill.
The Kool Telecom people said that they miss billed and thought we were a residence and that they provided internet telephone service. When asked who authorized their billing us, they game a lady's name that we knew nothing of.
Then they wanted to know how long to credit our company for the fraudulant charges and didn't want to remove all the charges.
This is an obvious scam and its hurting businesses as well as individuals.
