Brighthouse networks is the only cable company in the area so we have no choice. The cable goes out constantly and when it does you are unable to find out an answer why or when it is estimated to be back on because they apparently take the phone off the hoodk. Customer service is non-existant, even online you can not reach anyone. When and if service people come out, they seem unaware of what the problem is and a bit unskilled. I can not believe this is the best there is to offer. The price keeps going up also and I don't know for what! Poor Service, poor quality, poor selection, poor customer service!!! They stink!!!
