Customer support is terrible and can't solution for something. I created an internet purchase and waited a couple of days and didnt receive a verification. I'd to contact them-and they stated I terminated the purchase. I had been angry but chose to purchase it again-this period from a real customer support broker. AGAIN they ended my purchase! I approached customer support twice and didn't receive any confidence the item is on the road. Whats amusing about that is the fact that they're pleased to express they havent outsourced their customer support however; with support such as this I believe they ought to outsource since individuals in different nations try harder to maintain the clients satisfied! I would recommend to not purchase from Barnes and Respectable online if you don't really get into the shop.
