Terrible customer support!!! Not bad enough they wont do SOMETHING of a completely new book ($92.00-however in shrink-wrap), since it hasbeen over 14 times, but endorsed a used-book with a "Barnes and Respectable Authorized Dealer" to be in good shape just

To possess websites lacking, etc. After I named and mentioned these difficulties with their fantastic customer support, I had been informed that it had been the clientis obligation to check out "each and every site" to ensure that it's ok. Thus, place the fault about the client!!! Yes, I'm at fault to make the silly choice of investing OUR hard earned cash in a worthless organization like Barnes and Respectable. Never again!!!
