Never Sent Parts, No email response, No phone call response, Parts ordered July

On July 17 I ordered garage door parts from Garage Door Parts, LLC - order #204676. The parts were never delivered. On October 8 I sent an email requesting the status on my order - no response. I sent similar emails on 1/9, and 12/10/10. I left a message at their phone number on 1/9/10 and on 1/7. They have not returned any call or responded to my emails.
