I ordered garage door parts for $136.89 on June 10 on their internet site. I paid by an e-check. My check number 3262 cleared June 11 and again on June 17, for $136.89 TWICE. I filed a FRAUD complaint with my bank Wells Fargo. Apex finally refunded one of the two charges of $136.89. I have not ...
