Parts ordered, check cashed, no parts, no communication

I ordered parts in late January. As of March no parts. Jean of Garage Door Parts finally e-mailed me when I sent him an e-mail saying I was going to try and get my money back through the banks but still no luck on getting my money or parts.
I gave up and reported him to Americart, the company that accepts the checks via the internet for him and they agreed to cancel his account to prevent others from getting nailed as we have thus far.
