Custom Silk Creations And Wedding Flower Store took money, no calls, no response, no flowers, just a reciept where they processed the charge

Ordered flowers for my sons wedding (Dec. 2008). After $ taken out of bank, no response. To emails, phone calls, messages. Finally 1 email..."On vacation be back Monday". This was on Jan. 15. Then nothing. When I disputed the transaction with my bank, they responded with "NO REFUND! Due to items not returned in a timely manner". What items??? There were no items!!! Never do business with this company!!!
