Mark Floyd Floydsphotos.com We hired Floyds Photos to photograph my daughters wedding in October. We paid them and still have not received the wedding photos. We have called and emailed with no respose

We found Floyd's Photography (Mark Floyd) of Jacksonville FL on the Knot web site. We hired them to photograph our daughters wedding in October. We paid them at the time of the wedding. We were presented with the on line site to pick out our photos. We chose the photos and as of September 11 we have not received our finished wedding photos from Mark Floyd. This is despicable that my daughter and her husband still have not been able to enjoy their wedding pictures from 2007.
