I ordered a free trial of Colon Cleanse and was billed for the $4.95 on 8/31/09. On 9/ll/09 I saw on my online banking account that they had charged my $84. I was told when I called to complain that I had 14 days to cancel my account. It had not been 14 days, nor did I see in tiny print at the bottom of the screen that I only had 14 days. The "support person" on the phone told me that there was nothing they could do, which meant no refund, but she would cancel my account. They're probably making millions of dollars doing this. Beware!!!
