Beware!!!

SECOND the happy pictures on their website, their manager is a nightmare. I have never had an employer or boss as rude and inconsiderate as her. Several cases where i have seen former employees come by the office to collect their last paychecks and are told to arrive at a certain time and made to wait over an hour. Just to collect a paycheck which probably is not over a hundred dollars and end up waiting and waiting because she the manager can never start on time and finish on time. For someone that comes from a background that timing is everything and just sheer professionalism itself i hated this schedule we ended up having. They tell you its certain hours but if you work this girl you will never start on time or worse get home to see your family who is waiting for you because you were told that we get off at a certain time. Now im the type of person willing to work long hours but if its just to sit around, literally sit around because there is no place to sit except the floor when there is only two other chairs in the room, and listen to her babble babble on about how great she is, and how she experienced this and how she overcame that friggin hours of self glorification when the people in the room already have faces of boredom, anger for misuse of their time, and just rotten nesss because its all about how great she is.
Here it is, it is door to door! If you like going into a place and getting them to buy things, this is for you. I stuck around because the opportunity is great-only if you work with the right team or people and the one i was in just sucked. This so called female manager and all her self glorification has not accomplished a thing except spend company money, however little they already make which is probably why i over hear that is going to close business anyway.
Beware, make sure your paychecks are documented because this female manager and i want to make it clear that it is the female manager you want to look out for because the other offices, which i never knew existed until a month or so later, are doing just fine and in fact i wish i was working with them instead because they manage to stay on schedule and the morale is just way better.
I find out lately a buddy of mine was just fired from there. So i know what is going on on our end of the spectrum. Beware of having to work with the one female manager that is there and her sidekick. She calls herself a leader but the reason my buddy got fired could have been avoided. When asked the sidekick of the one female manager whos name is alicia about using business cards and she said it was okay as long as we make money nobody will pursue it. Then they fired later on and had no defense to it. They had no intention of doing wrong which is why they asked alicia. To my shock she was the one doing unethical things getting customers to sign our order forms under the disguise that its only a quotation or that it was simply a hold order where customers can either call in to cancel it or call to have it put through, all of it were lies. I have seen her piss off customers and walk out with a smile on her face. And she continues to walk the streets getting away with murder.
I should have listened to the others who quit, saying her company or rather her people were a joke. It really is. I was even more unhappy finding out that she lied to her staff about going to this west coast conference that she made such a big deal out of. She told them it was absolutely required looking at them with eyes that would burn holes through your skull all fuming about it. People have new born babies and when she demands 12 hours of your time, 5 hours just waiting for her to get her act together or rambling on on, when she first told me its standard 8 hrs with some overtime as needed. I would do overtime anyday provided it was for a good use not for her to just waste everyones time. I have seen numerous people quit or get fired because they can not stand her. Nobody in that office can stand her. Thats why people stay for days or weeks at the most. She victimizes everyone. I can not apologize enough to my friends, family and the others who were greatly mislead lied to and would never return to her. Ask any employee that used to work for her. But i want to make this clear. It is her office, there are other offices or teams or whatever they call it there, they were good to me while i was there.
