Ripoff never sent my order but took my money! Constantly lie over the phone about my order!

I ordered a print from them online in Jan., they charged my credit card but never sent the print. Everytime I call or email them, they say it is on the way.
They have cheated others also. I have since read complaints on the website that they sell through.
Companies like this need to be punished!
