I ordered an art print by credit card in Jan. Of 2003. They charged my card but never sent the print. This was through Amazon.com "Z-Shops". They kept promising that they had sent it.
Months later when I reported this to Amazon.com, they said I waited too long and they couldn't help me. I blame both companies.
Now the co. Phone no. Is "out of service" (disconnected?) and I can get through to them. I think they may have shut down their website too.
I just want my money back!!
