No customer support

After spending money on the copy support, my pc failed.

I followed instructions to get my missing documents, but nothing was repaired.

I sent many emails to Carbonite detailing the issue.

After waiting fourteen days due to their response I delivered another e-mail worrying regarding the support. I'm still awaiting an answer from their alleged customer care.
