I have a subscription that Carbonite confirmed was valid through 11/2. This was confirmed by Carbonite on 3/25 by email and a support ticket. After rebuilding my PC in July, Carbonite stopped working. After contact customer support they denied the 3/25 written commitment of my subscription and refused to reinstate the account.
Upon my request, they said they would have the manager contact me. Subsequently I submitted a complaint to Better Business Bureau. Carbonite just responded my subscription was not valid. The Carbonite manager never return my call, and then refused to talk to me since "they had responded to BBB".
