Carbonite, Inc. Does not issue refunds, so I would warn you not to pay for their product unless you are sure it will work. Because I had problems, now what they want to do is get control of my computer via the internet. I do NOT trust these people! They will be able to control your computer whenever they want and I am not going to let them control my computer.
