The sales (Landon Wimmer) basically lied to us and did not fully disclose anything about their non existent customer service, monitoring capabilities and technical support. Their technicians (Ivan - a Bulgarian; Justin Ballard (ID#16831) and Steven Pope completelly destroyed our current system and their "state of the art" alarm collapsed and never worked. Phone calls were never returned. I filed a police report, have a complaint filed at the Better Business Bureau in Utah and a complaint at the Utah consumer affairs in Salt Lake. "Deven (ID#23082)" at their Corporate "customer service" was uncooperative and senseless to my detailed and polite written request to rescind the contract after just 9 days of nothing but headaches. Deven seems to have a "brain washed" type of behavior and personality. He denied us to speak with his supervisor and kept repeating an obvious memorized line that is used in these types of confrontation. Pinnacle Security must be penalized by the authorities that we elected to protect us. Pinnacle Security must go out of the business. They have no morals. It cost me $465.00 to have my former (and local) alarm company to come to my residence and reconnect and fix the mess that Pinnacle left behind! PLEASE, let's unite and pass the word and the horrible experiences that this Company inflicted on innocent and hard working people. This fraudulent business conduct must be stopped. Pinnacle Security, LLC must go out of the business. They are nothing but scammers and all they do is prey on innocent citizens. Is this a first world Country? Where are the Authorities?
