On April 15, I placed an order with Austin Natural.com totalling $57.84 with shipping. I had ordered from them in the past with no problem. Apparently they had sold their business to Outlet Nutrition.com which I didn't notice when placing the order. The order confirmation email address was '[email protected]' but the body of the email mentions only Austin Natural. When I did not receive my order after several weeks (my card had been charged immediately), I called customer service and got a recorded message stating something like this 'due to the large volume of orders, we can't take your call. Please send an email to..." I never received any type of response to my emails and I sent several over the next couple of months. I know this is probably a dead issue, but I wanted to get it on record. Thanks.
