After the order did not arrive and I was put off by promise of future delivery, I sent to them at customer care:

"You did not send me any notice of backorder and estimated time until I questioned the non-arrival of the order. Backorder and shipping details should have been noticed immediately.
Please cancel the order and refund the money to my Paypal account. Also, send confirmation of this transaction immediately.
I expected you were accurate when you said the fourth week of March. Now you say the third week of April. You have used my money since 2/27/09 and I have nothing."
