Can't get a refund

I've been waiting almost 6 months to get a reimbursement on an order I terminated on 7/20/09. Please be aware this was an order termination, not really a reimbursement for returned product. I never noticed or handled the things requested. The purchase never delivered. Our charge card was billed 7/9/09, the same day exactly the purchase was positioned.

After I called to stop the purchase, I had been informed I really could anticipate a reimbursement in 4-5 business days (the web site claims discounts are prepared within 3-5 business days). After I didn't get the reimbursement, I named the organization (8/7/09). The Client Service broker explained the reimbursement hadn't yet been prepared but she'd place a “rush” onto it & I ought to observe my reimbursement published in 5-7 business days.

After I didn't get the reimbursement, I named again (8/21/09) & talked to Justine, who explained the refund hadn't yet been prepared, but she'd deliver my info towards the Sales Dept. & the credit could be published the next week.

After I didn't get the reimbursement, I named a third-time (8/28/09), talking again to Justine. She confirmed that my reimbursement was nevertheless not refined however the info was using the Sales Dept. She recognized they're operating behind on discounts however the reimbursement could be published from the end-of in a few days.

I visited Allegro’s site &, via the “Contact Us” site, delivered digital questions about my reimbursement standing to all divisions that seemed possibly highly relevant to my problem (8/28/09).

I've submitted customer grievances using the Better Business Office, the Federal Trade Commission & the Arizona Attorney General.

I'm tired of awaiting a reimbursement for product I never actually obtained, & extremely discouraged in the insufficient integrity, responsiveness & assistance I've familiar with the corporation.
