Auctioned home for judgment - didn't exercise option - home sold at foreclosure year later with judgment still on - collection agency still wants money

Brumbaugh placed a judgment on my home of 35 years. House was sold at auction June 13. Brumbaugh's bid was $80,003 including court costs. House worth at most $84,000. I was evited as a result of this sale. State does not have a time limit on exercising option or paying for house. Brumbaugh did not exercise option.

No monies were paid to anyone as a result of this sale. Mortgage foreclosed and foreclosure sale was June. How can a house be sold with a judgment on it and no monies paid to the collection agency Brumbaugh represents?

January after the first auction of the house, Brumbaugh sent me a letter stating that the collection agency wanted their money. Collection agency fired Brumbaugh. Hounding me for the money.

Letter from the IRS regarding owing taxes on the difference in the loan amount extant and the sale of the property in 2008. Sent the IRS documentation, and they agreed that I did not owe money.

Collection agency still hounding me for the money.

Attorney told me that Brumbaugh does this all the time. Usually what happens is that the homeowner wants to save the house at all costs. Brumbaugh tells them to pay what they can to save the house. However, Brumbaugh keeps the money and the house still goes into foreclosure. They are thieves.
