I named the East Brunswick NJ Guitar Center Sunday 8/23 within the early morning to-order a used guitar amplifier from their "EMPLOYED" site. I talked to Cameron and bought the rev and associated with him that I'd enjoy it delivered on Monday 08/24. Cameron stated that it had been not a problem at-all also it might venture out Friday 08/24. I named on Thursday 08/25 to obtain a following range so when I talked for their procedures person he related the amplifiers hadn't been delivered however since "they didn't have sufficient delivery substance". I subsequently spoke towards the supervisor Mr. TJ Shovlin and informed him I had been really angry since I had been informed my purchase might venture out on Friday 08/24 which I'd not obtained any calls informing me concerning the wait. I stated that it had been undesirable to not contact a customer concerning the obvious problem. TJ replied by stating that it had been too soon for him to become "screamed" at which he'd return my cash easily did not end "shouting" at him. Constantly talking about me as "Guy". After I required he not contact me "Guy" he mentioned he might contact me "Friend" but that I had been performing just like a 5-year old and that I did not deserve to become named "Friend". I had been angry but I had been not shouting.

TJ's insufficient professionalism and failure to show around an adverse scenario exhibits his total disappointment to handle effectively a nationally known company. I will see a lot of things wrong with TJ Shovlinis managing Abilities plus they are:

Insufficient value for clients. Calling somebody "guy" exhibits complete disrespect and of course immaturity.
