I requested products for my boy for Holiday. I requested him a guitar, a padded guitar situation plus some educational DVDs named Childrenis Guitar. They delivered me the incorrect guitar plus they delivered me a doll guitar rather than the DVDs. I never got your guitar case. After I named them concerning the doll guitar error they insisted originally that I had been incorrect and they did not offer DVDs. Lastly after I delivered them a duplicate of the DVD explanation from their site they accepted their error and guaranteed, many times to deliver them in my experience. They've never appeared. I also reported about them delivering the incorrect guitar and also the proven fact that they never delivered me the situation I requested. They assured me a return. Up to now I Have acquired nothing despite their guarantees they might repair the problem. Worst ever online experience. I'll never order from their website again and just want I'd looked for grievances before I put my purchase.
