We ordered over 200 pairs of flipflops from shopflipflops.com for a big party we were having. The flip flops were guaranteed by the merchant to arrive before the party. Obviously, if they arrived after the party, they were useless.
The flipflops did not arrive in time after being guaranteed to arrive on time. The merchant then told us they were non-refundable. We told him that if they did not take back the order, we would dispute the order with VISA and file a lawsuit. They agreed to take back the order and refund us, but 3 months went by and 25 emails later, they still had not issued a refund. We finally re-threatened to sue and file a dispute with Visa and they finally issued the refund.
They held our money ($3,000) hostage for 3 months and then finally refunded us. They are a terrible operation, unprofessional, and looking to rip you off. Do not do any wholesale or retail business with them unless you want to deal with bad service and morally questionable business people.
