I ordered printed napkins for a Superbowl party for $25.00 plus an expedited shipping fee of $25.00 for a total of $50.00. The napkins were guaranteed to arrive on February 3rd. They did not arrive until after the Superbowl on February 7th. Since they were printed specifically for the Superbowl they were essentially worthless. I contacted the company and they said they would resolve the matter.
They sent and e-mail stating that when I place another order I will have a $25.00 credit. I contacted my credit card company to file a dispute. They put me on the line with the President of ForYourParty.com, Sarai, who spoke over me so that I could not be heard, refered to me in an insulting manner to the credit card representative and finally hangs without completing the call.
I have no interest in doing business with a company which handles itself in such an unprofessional manner. I have already suffered the loss of $50.00. To force me to place another order and spend additional monies in order to receive a $25.00 credit is self-serving and unprofessional.
