Said he had international clients that would buy by real estate units. He said he would put all his lawyers, realtors etc working on my case and in return I had to give him the $1,900 of rent that my tenant was paying. He was supposed to pay me $500 a month. He did not pay me the $500 the last 2 months. Plus, he kept the rent 3-4 months without doing anything. He was supposed to pay my Home Association with the rent and he did not do that neither.
