Danger! Sharks in the waters of Miami! Jeff Glovsky, owner of OFFMar Global Properties, OFFMar residential and probably using other names currently is a scam artist.
He runs ads on Craigslist, uses Twitter and LinkedIn (member of many groups) to attract renters to properties. He charges large security deposits and then does not return them after the rental is completed. He does not keep the security deposits in escrow as required by law. He is not licensed to rent or sell real estate in Miami. He also runs ads for OFFMar using other names but the results are the same.
It has been over 3 months and all I have to show for it is 2 checks he bounced on me. Do not rent from Jeff Glovsky or OFFMar.
