U Have It Maid is supposed to be this great earth friendly cleaning company: the only truth to that is that they use natural products. The owner, Mark Caramanna Jr has got to be the most dishonest, sleazy theiving person i have met. First he says there will be an hourly rate at which i am charged, bull!!! I am charged the same everytime and they are never here the same amount of time. When i question this he says he is positive they are here the full time he is charging for, and wont refund me.
When i told him the products dont seem to be cleaning that well, he insists that it is MY FAULT! That my living conditions are too dirty and maybe i should do a better job in between my scheduled cleanings!!! Thats what i hired them for, to clean!
Mark Caramanna is a greedy, dishonest, selfish person, beware, you will be ripped off!
I feel bad for the new suckers that will be ripped off by him, I heard he started another business, Babbit Property Management, with Steve Babbit, a realtor. They will surely squeeze these people for everything, and do a terrible job, they are only in this for the money, not the people.
