Harvard James tried to steal my accounts, money and my personal items back in 2003. He was doing the same ripoff scam, taking people money and promising to get cleaning accounts.
Yes, he is able to get cleaning accounts. He know all about the business, but he's out to get your money at any cost! He bid the account low and you suffer because it cost you more in time or employees to clean.
I had him arrested and put in jail, he paid bail and skipped town. He is a wanted man here in CA.
