Correct me if I am wrong: As fat as I know, collection agency is suppose to have physical location in the state in which it operates. Since I have medical bill collection action going on by the NCS Plus and I live nearby, I decided to visit their "office".
117 E 24-th Street it actually is a store with horse back riding equipment. That is the street level location, there are residential apartments over it, 6 or 7 floors of them. Apartment 5A has a label saying "Collection Agency".
So, I guess, thes passed my initial evaluation?
