Sent me a fake bill acting as a collection agency for an outstanding bill i have with chrysler financial. I sent in money thinking it was a settlement offer that was lagit

I received a two letters in the mail from northstar credit services, llc offering me a settlement for a bill i have with Chrysler financial. I have had this bill for two years now and the offer was sounding good just to get this off my credit so i started paying and then other "collection agency" started mailing me and calling and harassing me so i started to wonder. Now im just confused and want my money back!!!
