I received a letter from Boyajian Law Offices stating there is an outstanding indebtedness to a Medical office from Florida (which there is). But now a collection agency has purchased the account from the medical office and that I have 30 days to pay this using a credit card. I am unclear but since this medical bill is at least 5 years and maybe even older would there be a statute of limitations? Since this bill was incurred in Florida and I live in Pennsylvania which statute of limitations would be in effect if any? Also why would I pay Boyajian Law offices if a collection agency is trying to collect this bill? I've been reading all the horror stories about this law firm and am concerned as how to approach this. Any and all help would be helpful. I just am surprised that to the best of my recall this bill was from late 1999 to very early 2000 that a company can collect on this...
