I am reporting the worse customer service, overcharges. All the customer agents, are rude, tranfers time after time, and being hung up on. Due to the fact that nothing was explained to me I would like to cancel my service, and this company wants to charge $350.00 penalties. I have paid 1st payment. Which included the activation fees when I received when I signed up. And they want to charge/me double, my solution to this problems is to pay my account in full without cancelation charges and my advice to future customer s Do Not sign up with Sprint
