I was a customer for them since every time I was unable to make a payment on time the hit me with outrageous charges and a rude customer service rep. They sent me countless phones to replace previously non working ones through no fault of my own and gave me the run around on several occasions. The mobile service never works and the network is always down. When I tried to reach someone to alleviate the issue I encountered patronising jargon and was treated poorly. Sprint is a terrible company and it amazes me that they are still in service, I should have taken people's advice and never went to them as a carrier.
