I recently named DC Plumbing to obtain a quotation to get a heated water heater; I had been informed with a small woman called Amanda that it'd be considered a $79 cost in the future and provide an estimation. I discussed this was anything new-to me; I'd named and required stated quotation from various other businesses; all whom guaranteed to send a plumber with no charge for an estimation.
Provided the difficulties involved with privcing something it's difficult to supply a quotation about the telephone - particularly because the device and also the surrounding plumbing etc. Hasn't been observed.
Great to understand for potential that the business shouyld not cost to get a quotation. For support and fix - obviously.
Not Really A pleasant experience.
