Should be renamed Crushed Confiscated Violated Liars -Need A Group Lawsuit for Breach of Contract

Like others I was sub contracted from Nationwide. They ply you in the beginning w/nice letters and phone calls and lowball estimations (Jody).
I had no idea a different company was doing the job. Before the movers even arrived, Nationwide upped the price. She (Pauline) stated that when she looked over Jody's estimates, she knew it was wrong. She upped it two grand.

When the movers arrived, late in the evening, they began packing the boxes. I was told they would dissassemble and pack the entertainment center, then unpack and reassemble at the other end. This required a phone call, and then they grumbled through the shoddy job. The truck was 1/3 loaded when the
head mover relized he'd be late getting to LA and told me I had more stuff
then Nationwide listed, and he upped the price another two thousand! The
move from Cal. To Mich. Was now at $6,537.83. Of course, I could refuse to sign, they would unload ; and my rider, and plans in Michigan for somewhere to
stay would be down the drain.

I discovered later that my goods were unloaded and stored in LA before they
were picked up by a truck out of San Diego, going to Phoenix and two other stops before arriving here, Rockwood, Michigan.

BUT WAIT-the truck arrived (6 days late) with broken merchandise, missing
furniture, boxes, garage tools and dishes, AND worst of all boxes had been op-
ened and rifled through, pictures gawked at and private clothing messed with.
They didn't even repack in same boxes! The head mover Sevvy was running late and wanted to just put all the boxes in the garage. When I said no, the surliness set in. Of course, by now it was too late to call anybody. Lucky for
me my brother can be an enforcer.

Still haven't heard back on my claim, but I want this company to suffer the way I did when my favorite painting wasn't found, my Indian vase broken and my Honda jacket missing. I threw out my Victoria Secret pjs.
