Good interaction with Ms. Carlon, but when I wanted an exchange the sales rep, "Jovan" had a difficult time with me, a woman, asking for a pair of men's running shoes. "Jovan" states I am a female and should not want "Shoes for a man". When asked if he was kidding, "Jovan" became upset and refused to wait on me. I am a 57 yr. Old lady with big feet and "Jovan" is about 22-24 yrs.
I'm thinking he is a bit too young to be so jaded. Once "Jovan" spoke with Ms. Angel Carlon, now they don't have the size I requested. I then placed an order, waited a week, called back, order still not in but was given some insults by "Jovan" who then hung up. If I call the store and "Jovan" answers, I get no service. It is now 8-01-09 and still no shoes and the store has full payment.
Finally able to get Ms. Carlon on the phone who states she " The store lost the paperwork & this is why my order is taking so long". I informed her I would glady fax my copy to her then was told to "go to the Daily City store. Why? And click goes the phone. Anyone eles out there encounter this problem with this franchise? Or this "Jovan" guy?
