My Dad purchased a pair of shoes and inserts from the Good Feet store in April. They started rubbing his foot. We took them back within the first 30 days. They placed some padding in them and told him to wear them for awhile. The padding lasted long enough for the 30 days to expire. We took them back in 60 days and they would do nothing. I have called the corporate office to no satisfaction. The Good Feet store now has our money and the shoes are now riding around in my trunk. I would never buy anything from this store and would strongly discourage anyone else from doing so.
