AWFUL SERVICE - Flower delivery

You can't imagine my disappointment to learn that Blooms Today canceled my order for Easter in memory of our mother. I selected a special arrangement to be delivered prior to Easter so that arriving family could enjoy them and remember her. Supposedly, they called a left a message about the delivery date on my cell. Of course, I don't have it, didn't receive it, nor is there a record on MY CELL PHONE BILL. No further contact was made by Blooms Today about my order. How'd I find out? My credit card statement! Upon calling Blooms to find out what happened, I was informed that it is corporate policy to cancel orders if they don't hear back from clients. Geez. Maybe they should have made the call or sent an email? Don't use them. That's the message. Oh — but they will be happy to offer a discount and set the order up for next day delivery. Kinda too late now folks. Signed: angry and disappointed!
