No product/No refund/terrible customer service

Like many more, I requested many products from MAACS. I requested the next products: ABU Rainsuit ($78.00), 2 APECS ABU Coats ($299.99 each to get a whole of $599.98) and many little price items on 11 Mar 08. Our charge card was billed the next evening for quantity of $764.68. Our initial delivery just involved the little products; used to do not get the three items shown above. After many weeks of attempting to contact MAACS via telephone/email, I ultimately could contact Sally via email and was informed these things were on back-order. After four weeks of having the run-around, I approached my lender towards the challenge the charge card charges, but was informed the contract had handed for arguing these charges. I talked with Sally again via email and was informed to accomplish an electric solution through their "new program" regarding a reimbursement since Allison was the only real person who might approve discounts. Allison never replied for the original solution. Per month later the solution vanished. I had been informed by Sally to sumbit another solution. 8 weeks later and that I haven't obtained an answer from Allison concerning the next solution. The 2nd solution isn't any longer available.By 19 Sep, no product/no reimbursement.

Don't get any products from maacs!
