I ordered products from mason online they are a shoe company based out of wisconsin, they offer a wide range of shoes and socks ect!
Well after placing my first order it was over a month and i never recieved my order and then i get a bill from there ezpay dept requesting payment, wherein i call them to explain well i have never even recieved my order, well then they wanted me to prove i never recieved my order and well i never signed anything ect so i had nothing to prove i didn't recieve my order. Well finally they send me out another order, and they shoes were the wrong size so i request to send them back for a refund. Ok so they email me a return slip nowhere does it say we are charging you for first returning the product but they are also charging you to restock the product. Nowhere does it state anything for these fees but they claim they are there.in all my life of ordering from companys that thrive to 100% customer satisfaction as this company claims to first i have never paid for a return of any merchandise as long as it was within 30days and never had to pay any restocking fees. And if i did they were clearly marked which nothing is from this company.
I emailed the company customer service dept and all they have to say is well we are sorry but they can't accually show me anywhere about there fees that are so clearly marked. They are not whilling to please there customers by crediting anything nothing!!! They are merely out for themselves not there customers!!! It is not right especially in this market!!!
