If you are trying to get a home loan modified, please do not look to them for help. They will charge an up front fee and will do absolutely nothing for you! They prey on people mainly in the foreclosure process and if you file a complaint against them with the State Bar of California, that is useless as well. If you need any type of services, i would advise you to really do your homework especially when dealing with con-artist's like them! They are listed on the website: loansafe.org (which is a website for scammers to use) and they have an impressive package (with audit reports and all), only thing is: you never talk to the attorney, you speak with their so-called mortagage investigators and other women in the office that are not licensed to handle anything but the phones. If you read this, please don't get scammed by these guys. They make all these promises and render nothing-I'm sure their somewhere vacationing with alot of peoples hard earned money right now!
