FRANSEN & MOLINARO TRY TO CONVINCE PEOPLE THAT THEY ARE THE GOOD GUYS When in Fact They (Along With Moe Bedard of LoanSafe) Invented the Word Scumbagitis
This is so wrong, we don't even know where to start...

"Just making an announcement here... My firm is getting quite a number of potential clients calling us because they have been scammed by someone who promised a loan modification. While I'm not usually one to agree with the news reports, as the media likes to create drama... There is an epidemic of scumbagitis raging throughout Southern California's former real estate professionals whereby the afflicted person becomes an immoral predator who fleeces vulnerable homeowners out of their last dollar and then laughs while the homeowners lose their homes.
Fortunately, the DRE, the State Bar, and many other governmental and quasi governmental agencies are doing what they can to spread the word and go after these criminal types. As a result our practice has now become two step: (1) Get the money back from the scumbags, or sue them if they refuse to hand it over nicely... And (2) doing the loan modification if that is what was needed, or doing a bankruptcy, or short sale, or litigating, all depending on what the client really needed to begin with.

Get a grip, Paul; no one's falling for it anymore. And no one cares if you're a very opinionated litigation attorney, a physician, a real estate broker, a loan mod expert with your guy pal Nathan Fransen, a bulls%&* artist, or whatever the case may be.
It isn't bad enough that YOU ARE a "scum bag" loan modification law firm; NOW you're suing "scum bag" loan modification companies on behalf of consumers who have been scammed? What if you get a 500 consumers that want to sue Fransen & Molinaro? Wouldn't be hard to believe — would you consider that a conflict of interest??? You should check into the Civil Code and Rules of Professional Conduct — something tells us they're coming your way.
Sell it somewhere else. No one's buying. What pathetic, despicable hypocrisy and fraud.

P.S. Also notice on the same blog how everyone that writes in gets these over-blown answers by Nathan Fransen or Paul Molinaro, EXCEPT ONE: A woman by the name of "Donna" wrote in on September 12 and asked: "Has anyone ever hired an attorney from loansafe.org?" Nothing. Not a word.
Isn't that hysterical — Fransen & Molinaro are the only company listed on the LoanSafe.org website. Wouldn't you think that would be a fair question that Donna posed? But no & F & M doesn't want anyone to know that they are in bed with Moe Bedard of LoanSafe because that might link them to a convicted felon.
Griswold & Agdeppa are with Fransen & Molinaro but at least they have the good sense not to put their logo on the website —they just get a mention in the "Privacy Statement."
What a bunch of lunatics.
