Tried to help 82 year old mom - we were suckered by Direct TV - they lied even about 3 day right to cancell without cost - if the service did not work - it did not work as i repeated to service reps-customer service and head office-their attorneys and billing companies for 2 years now. I did want a working service-the tv was just a bonus but it was a lie too. This company is a joke - every time i see an ad about their customer service i just want to sue them for fraud.
