Steve Casillas is a very dishonest and unethical Realtor, he has been sued on many occasions. He has worked for many companies throughtout Glendale, Arizona. I cannot go into specifics for this report due to liability reasons. However if you are thinking about listing or buyng a home through him or anyone working with him, please call the Arizona Department of Real Estate @ 602-468-1414 they will tell you about his numerous complaints. Also you may obtain information from the Glendale Board of Realtors (which he is banned from being a member of) @ 623-931-9294. They will also fill you in on his numerous complaints. You may also call the Phoenix Association of Realtors to get a list of complaints @ (602) 246-1012. Good Luck and beware of unethical Realtors. Do your homework before working with any Realtor.
