My mother who is 68 yrs old and suffer from a mental condition was charge $ 89.90 fee that were taken from her checking accn't. I call the bank requesting a federal regulator form e I should reieve the form in 7 to 10 days. Just fill it out send it by fax or or by hand to nearst bank
