Horrible experience with this store and sears as a whole. Went through 3 electrolux machines. All broken by the sears delivery people. The first pair leaked. The 2nd and 3rd stopped pumping water. We waited about 3-4wks to get the 2nd pair. All 3 pairs were broken by the sears delivery people by taking the shipping bolts out/off before bringing them up a 100ft bumpy road in front of our house. The 3rd was hauled off about 2.5wks ago. We still have not recieved a credit for them. We bought a washer/dryer pair from best buy and they were wonderful didn't take the shipping bolts out until they were in our laundry room. Machines still working great. We had to pay a little in cash because 2 pairs were still on our sears credit card. Have talked to almost everyone at sears very rude. The last was the worse. He is trying to say it has been 90 days since our first machine and that "any other store would have told us to take a hike" when we did not do anything but try to get a washer/dryer pair.
