My daughter forgot to use her discount card and when I called to let them know they hung up on me after stating that they wouldnt give her the cash money back only a gift card. The online customer service said that they knew that it was me that hung up on there manager. No customer care here at this place. It was only 17 dollars that I was supposed to get back. But after purchasing the card the day before and to spend $178.00 in the store you would think that the customer mattered. But Not! Beware to use the card and not forget or they could care less!
